In addition to the open-air market for early fruits and vegetables, cheese, meat, bread, clothing and utensils, there is a famous "marché au gras" (fat market) held under the market hall, where sales are regulated to ensure quality, freshness and hygiene. The term "au gras" includes the carcass market and the market for fresh whole goose or duck livers. The "carcass" market offers goose and duck products for your confits, duck breasts and aiguillettes. Cutting service available.
