Settled since 2020 in the commune of Samatan, in the direction of Lombez, the Mapalou farm is based on the breeding of about thirty goats for the manufacture of cheese. Mapalou offers for direct sale logs, palets, cabecous, fresh, semi-fresh and matured dung which can be found every Monday morning on the Samatan market, but also on the goat/basil pizza from the truck Pizza Street Samatan or on the cheese board of the restaurant Le Canard Gourmand. Visits to the farm are possible by appointment.
