On the village square, the Auberge des Marmats is the meeting place of the locals. As soon as the weather is fine, the terrace is taken by storm and the room with its beautiful exposed stones is abandoned. Monique's cuisine reflects the terroir with generosity. Foie gras, confits, duck breasts are served alongside very well cooked fish. But it is the paella that is favored by the public, and that day, it is better to reserve a table. The dishes of the day, very classic, follow the market and the chef's inspiration: sausage-purée, roast chicken, beef in hot sauce...
