They have made it a point of honor to serve their customers homemade dishes made with fresh, local produce: the meat (from Mirandaise cows) and vegetables come from producers in a nearby village. Pot-au-feu, burger, roast Camembert, grilled meats... The menu changes daily, and the express formula is ideal for those in a hurry and on a tight budget. Theme evenings are also organized.
