La Schlitte, Alsatian for "wooden sleigh", lives up to its name: it's made entirely of logs. The interior is a blend of wood and stone, while the bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the forest. The dishes served are based on fresh produce from local producers. The menus feature traditional recipes, but there are also a few exotic touches, such as shabu shabu (a Japanese specialty based on beef "tartare-style" and served with beef broth).

Réputation surfaite...le cadre est top, mais pour les plats la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous...moins de quantité et plus de qualité serait apprécié...emmenez la citrate de bétonné.

Je remarque que dans l’ensemble des restaurants que vous avez fréquentés ont une réputation surfaite, dans ce cas restez chez vous !! et si si vos connaissances culinaires sont à la hauteur de vos critiques, ça vole pas très haut????
