Restaurant with a breathtaking view of the forest in La Broque.
La Schlitte, Alsatian for "wooden sleigh", lives up to its name: it's made entirely of logs. The interior is a blend of wood and stone, while the bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the forest. The dishes served are based on fresh produce from local producers. The menus feature traditional recipes, but there are also a few exotic touches, such as shabu shabu (a Japanese specialty based on beef "tartare-style" and served with beef broth).

Excellent, le restaurant utilise des bons produits ! Très bel espace à l’intérieur, une vrai ambiance chalet. La serveur était super !

Entrée et dessert rien à dire, mais pour la viande c'est une autre histoire.
J'ai demandé ma viande saignante...et j'ai eu quasiment "une semelle" !
Très déçue, en plus nous y avions invités des amies...quel dommage.
