Respect for regional culinary art and quality are the leitmotiv of Thierry Garbage, a friendly artisan canner with a passion for gastronomy. In his store and at local fairs, this epicurean with a unique touch wins us over with his foies gras, rillettes, confits and other inimitable recipes, as well as flocs and armagnac. It's easy to see why the house has built up such a reputation!
