Located in Valence-sur-Baïse, this artisanal, family-run cannery invites you to enjoy an authentic, refined gastronomic experience. Founded over 30 years ago by chef Gérard Tête, this establishment offers a wide selection of products, including delicious duck and goose foies gras. Produced according to traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation, these are distinguished by their authentic flavors and are certified Sud-Ouest IGP Gers. You'll be tempted by whole duck foie gras, rustic foie gras or vacuum-packed foie gras. La Maison Tête also offers other preparations based around duck. These include duck aiguillettes, duck à l'orange, duck pâté and duck magret. The range also includes preparations such as baked beans, Gers lentils and black pork sausage confit, as well as rillettes. Here, every dish is prepared with local ingredients, sourced from sustainable agriculture and short distribution channels. The restaurant also features an e-boutique, where you can place your orders without having to go anywhere. A great place to discover the gourmet specialties of the Gers!
