With the Tables du Gers label, you'll be charmed by this place of exposed stonework and wooden beams. In winter, the chef grills sumptuous cuts of beef in a crackling fireplace. In summer, he prefers to cook his dishes a la plancha. Treat yourself to cassoulet or homemade duck confit, wood-grilled Toulouse sausage or one of our fine charcuterie and cheese boards.
