On the culinary side, it is in the plural: the professional is a leader, a true, and his inspiration is stunning. Attached to fresh products, including the farmer's fat duck that he selects from neighbouring producers, he staged plates as ephemeral works of art. The secret lies in his passion for vegetables, especially the old ones, that he is amused by the day: you will find between nine and thirteen in your dish! Multicolores multicolores, turnips, haulms carrots, chayotte, purple potatoes Vitelotte and coconut beans form a delicious table where beef, lamb and fish play stars in a rather gascon map. An original, affordable address and appreciated by the reception.
