Alain Cayuela has made a great challenge: that of reviving the brewing tradition in the southwest! It has been perfectly Successful with Tolosa and Tarnea, two artisanales beers, one character amber and the other blonde and light! Until then in the Tarn (under the name of the brothers Brewers), the brewery moved to 2011. Original concept, next to the brewery - a single window separates them - is the beer bar held by… The daughter of the brewer, of course!
