The reputation of "L'Écuelle d'Or" extends far beyond the Clairac area. Nicole and Jérôme offer a warm, charming welcome and authentic cuisine. The Chef works with fresh produce and brings out the best in them, with the right combinations, as illustrated by the saddle of lamb with black garlic jus and creamy truffled polenta, or the smoked trout mousse with mango and saffron sauce vierge. Promising titles and plates that don't disappoint. The desserts on the slate are equally delicious.
