On the fringe. Chef Franck Renimel and his wife Isabelle chose the outskirts of Toulouse. It is in Aureville that the starred restaurant is installed. A traditional farmhouse with an undeniable cachet. The cuisine, inspired by exceptional products, offers a result that is both refined and surprising: you can rediscover the homemade cassoulet, the truffled poularde and Jerusalem artichokes, the Brillat-Savarin accompanied by fennel and the local cake, the Fénétra... To rest for a weekend, stay overnight because the place is also a charming hotel!

Le service est très bon mais la cuisine est globalement décevante, la présentation est fade en couleur et le chef semble céder souvent à la facilité en donnant une saveur de biscuits au beurre à la plupart des plats.
