In the hills of the Lauragais grow wheat, colza, sunflower, rye, spelt… The Moulins of Perrine, it is a family business that transforms the cereals into finished products. In order to do this, it operates most simply in the world, with craft machines: stone milling mills, bluhouses, oil press… The result is surprising: meals, oils, pasta and bread have the true taste of natural. Virgin sunflower and rape oils are pressed cold and filtered on absorbent paper. This method of transformation provides a true taste and a preserved nutritional quality. For sale, other local products: honey, charcuteries, preserves, wines, fruit juices, as well as kitchen accessories, bread production, cereals for meal… The sale on the farm is ensured by Perrine Alibert.
