The Food Quality Fair has become REGAL, for Gustative, Agricultural and Fun Meetings. An attractive name for one of Toulouse's major trade fairs, which is held just before the end of the year celebrations. This is an opportunity to meet the region's agri-food producers. No doubt they will convince you, if necessary, to leave junk food behind and adopt local products: sausage, wine, oils, vinegar, beer, meat, cheese... Everyone can find their happiness. Farm animals are present on the show, for the greatest pleasure of the children, and various animations are organized, for a most festive atmosphere.
