For the past 50 years, Auterive has been hosting the Fête du chien et de la chasse. It's a chance to admire beautiful dogs, with a specific breed in the spotlight each year. A Saint-Hubert mass with trumpet calls enlivens the morning. There are also demonstrations, and you can choose your hunting dog from a wide range of breeds. Hunting associations are also on hand to provide information on the hobby.
