The Grand Vatel has become a great place for Toulouse bistronomy. The proof, Christian Humbert, his leader, obtained the title of Restaurateur Master! Some of the dishes served in the Grand Vatel include the Vatel salad (foie gras, gizzards, mushrooms, dried magret, country ham), goat Tatin pie or duck foie gras. You will then taste the whole duck's duct with pears caramel, the breath of veal rostrons to the port's cream, unless you make it easier for a piece of the butcher to share.
