The Grand Vatel has become a great place for Toulouse bistronomy. The proof, Christian Humbert, his leader, obtained the title of Restaurateur Master! Some of the dishes served in the Grand Vatel include the Vatel salad (foie gras, gizzards, mushrooms, dried magret, country ham), goat Tatin pie or duck foie gras.
