PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN, produit commandé et payé, finalement indisponible le jour de livraison car revendu entre temps, recommandé en urgence et livré endommagé, relation client proche de 0 : aucun dialogue possible, absence totale de reconnaissance des erreurs commises, ironie du directeur et réinterprétation de l'ensemble des fautes... attitude proprement scandaleuse pour une grande enseigne comme celle-là.
