RÉSIDENCE BOTANICA

By 2014 is planned to deliver a new programme launched by the Group of Chalets, the residence Botanica in Balma! This is the creation of a small residence, comprising eighteen houses, three-and four-bedroom apartments with large terraces. The building will be built according to BBC standards (low-consumption building). The marketing has not yet begun (October 2012) but the apartments will be for sale from EUR 166 000 in VAT to 5,5% for households with incomes below the PSLA ceilings (social loan rental).
