DOMAINE CHÊNE LASSOLLE
Production of organic and biodynamic wines in the heart of a rich wine-growing area on the border of the Sud-Gironde.
In 2023, Stéphanie Roussel sold half of her 9-hectare Château Lassolle estate to Dominique Tassaux, who founded Domaine Chêne Lassolle. Both parties produce biodynamic organic wines. While Stéphanie sells a lot to export markets, Dominique offers private customers 2 red wines: "Cabernets", a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and "L'Abouriou du Jardin", 100% Abouriou, a typically local grape variety. 2024 represents the first year of production for "Domaine Chêne Lassolle". Let's wish it a bright future.
