Their fattened ducks and their black Gascon pigs are raised in the old-fashioned way, in the open air and fed on cereals. The on-site processing workshop produces authentic products. Among the house specialties, the duck breasts stuffed with foie gras and the galantines are a great success. Without forgetting the cassoulets, garbures, rillettes... The black pork cured meats reveal an exceptional taste. All these fresh and preserved products are on sale on the farm.
