Restaurant offering bistro-style cuisine, a market menu and a slice of caramel cake.
For a lunch break north of Blagnac, you can head towards Beauzelle and join the Ardoise. In the kitchen is the work of chef Laurence Piccolotto. In the dining room, it is José who welcomes you with a smile and attention. On the program of this nice little restaurant, a bistro-style cuisine, both simple and copious, regularly renewed. The market menu and menu change every week. Salads of gizzards, carpaccio, farfales, tartars, scallops, sautéed chicken with curry.... The classics are there, served in generous portions. A smart advice: if you are offered a piece of caramel cake, don't refuse it!
