Laure and Eric welcome you in a small Provencal haven located at the gates of the Lauragais, just after Labège. When you arrive, you will be charmed by the magnificent terrace, with its stone tables and wrought iron chairs. Then you will discover that the interior is just as refined, with its chimneys and well. The Mas celebrates local cuisine around a map offering thematic menus whose content varies with seasons: Hot goat salad and three miels, butternut velocity and chestnut with foie gras, simmered with beef play, flounder of plaice and chorizo at hazelnut pesto, myrtille myrtille tarrook, and cream pavlova Bourbon vanilla and fresh fruit… You will have understood that: many culinary discoveries await you! Ambiance extérieure très agréable et bien ombragée. L'intérieur est assez petit mais bien aussi. Service souriant et au petits soins, même quand on est un peu exigeant.
