Located in Blagnac, L 'Olivade recently received the Master Restaurateur label, an undeniable sign of quality for the establishment of Didier Vettese, which offers home cooking. From the aperitif, L 'Olivade proposes to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean atmosphere with a glass of Rinquinquin Provençal. Then you can start your meal with a beef carpaccio or a compound salad. Continue with a climbing, risotto or lasagna unless you'd prefer to enjoy pizza. They stand here on all counts, faithful to the transalpine tradition or, bolder, inspired by specialties from other regions: Red duck primer, Mexican to corn ears, exotic chicken and curry… The children's menu, served with small surprises, is prepared in such a way as to entertain the youngest guests.
