Opened at the beginning of 2016 by Dominique, who already officiated in the center of Toulouse at Atelier 65, this sign is added to the establishments that gradually breathe life into the Andromeda district, a growing Blagnac area. A simple, clean and bright decor welcomes you for lunch during weekends or dinners on weekends. The map offers a wide selection of grilled grills, southwest dishes and specialties: crisp goat, duck of duck hearts, entangled with brains, seiche persilated to la plancha with his piperade, cheesecake banbid or still lost bread will be served with a smile. For lunch, a smart formula is based on regularly renewed dishes: tuna paddle, burger, fried mussels… The café gourmand, for its part, did not steal its name with no less than five sweet sweet trees to finish your meal. A pleasant calm stopover that already has its guests.
