Since 1830, six generations, the Billat family has produced mainly prune of Ente which, after drying, becomes the famous prune of Agen. This means that you are dealing here with real professionals, since it is not less than 40 hectares of plums and fruit that flourish in the property. In this way you can find the famous prune in all its forms: dry, half baked, debilitated, cream, wrapped with chocolate, thickened… He's the king of the site! The water of plum and prunes to the water of life complement the range but various sweet fruit-based gourmets are also there. We, what we love, are fruit jams produced on the farm and manufactured in accordance with tradition in copper chaudrons: cherries, figs, apples apples but also red tomatoes or marriage with vanilla, star anise or lemon… The wide choice of perfumes and flavors is pure happiness.
