Hotel with terrace offering quality meals and regional bistro cuisine.

It is in the north of Toulouse, thirty minutes from the Capitole, that you will find the Quarré Bruguières. Understand "le coin de table" in Occitan. In the plate, you will find the recipe of the Esprit Pergo : a bistro cooking tinged with regional influences and specializing in the cooking over the fire. Very pleasant setting and terrace under the trees in fine weather. If the restaurant has its faithful guests, the address is also a comfortable hotel (great bedding) with a family spirit. You won't be able to miss it: its frontage is displayed in red!

L’accueil n’est pas chaleureux , service long , on ne nous demande pas la cuisson pour la viande ? “Gros morceau carrés et gras” , 3 frites qui se battent en duel = Bon DUEL ?
Les desserts qui arrivent 5 min avant les cuillères qu’il faut demander
Bref en groupe on déconseille !
