Au Grès du Marché offers a slate of suggestions that change according to... the market, of course! The Chef prefers to source his produce from local producers. Start with a gourmet salad of home-grown produce or a mille-feuille of snails with shiitake mushrooms and smoked duck breast, succumb to the "beef of the moment" as a main course or salmon trout from Sparsbach, and finish with a home-made crème brûlée, accompanied by a scoop of speculoos ice cream. Tartes flambées are served in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday.

Open all year round. Thursdays and Fridays from 12 to 1:30 pm; weekends from 12 to 1:30 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. Reservation recommended. Single menu at 48 €. A la carte menu: about 40 €. Children's menu: 18 €. Wine by the glass. Terrace.
Au BIERGARTEN venez passer un agréable moment dans cette belle cour situé dans la vieille ville de la Petite Pierre "Le Staedel " à 100 mètres du château pour déguster notre fameuse tarte flambée , burger , brasero ou boire une Bière .
