Au Grès du Marché offers a slate of suggestions that change according to... the market, of course! The Chef prefers to source his produce from local producers. Start with a gourmet salad of home-grown produce or a mille-feuille of snails with shiitake mushrooms and smoked duck breast, succumb to the "beef of the moment" as a main course or salmon trout from Sparsbach, and finish with a home-made crème brûlée, accompanied by a scoop of speculoos ice cream. Tartes flambées are served in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday.
