LA FERME DU ROC
Here the duck is king! Raised on the farm, palmipeds are put into gavage from three and a half months, either to white corn or to yellow corn. You will have understood, the Roc Farm's flagship product is foie gras! It comes here in canned or half-baked vacuum. But this is far from the only taste of taste that the house has offered: you will also find a variety of candies (thighs, sleeves, magrets, gizzards…) salted the day before and simmered in their grease, as well as sandings, rillets, frogs, stuffed duck neck, duck duck hearts and even fatty liver magrets.… Notice to amateurs!
