Staff below all, an order last on September 23rd which must get 3 weeks later, we receive a phone call to tell us that the tiling arrived. Truck rental, preparation of works, organisation with the tilesetter, poses days off to do the work then we will pick the tiled floor and there, not tiled floors. No compensation, tiled floor dates can be arrived in 15j, any certainty, times not respected. Fast proposal to refund, but how does one make??? No empathy or helps accommodation. I don't recommend this brand.
A shame despite the multitude of choice on the tiled floors.
