GROUPE BERDOUES
Perfumers have always used the mystical and captivating scents of violet. The Berdoues house is no exception. This family business, more than a hundred years old, was the first to recreate the olfactory score of the small flower. Created in 1936 by Henri Berdoues, a chemical engineer by training, the perfume Violettes de Toulouse is a dazzling success and travels for decades around the neck of Toulouse women. Today, the group, owned by Sophie Berdoues, a graduate in pharmacy and great-granddaughter of the founder, is more broadly specialised in the design and manufacture of perfumes and cosmetic products, under private labels or under licence, which water supermarkets, selective channels, department stores, pharmacies and parapharmacies, as well as beauty institutes.
