Address offering a buffet of starters on the menu and grills.

The Mast-Fire and Wine settled in the place of Argentina in Escalquens. Forgotten the cuisine of the Americas, but welcome to French cuisine, in a room with black and orange tones. On the menu, Serrano ham (15 months refining) and pan con tomato, egg brouillade to chanterelles, liver foie house with fig chutney, mozzarella coasted tomato sauce with basil in entry. You will continue with grilled chicken filet, mudflap, faux, calf coast, whole duck magret, beef rib for two people, gambas à… Finally, ice pacifier with milk jam, panacotta, chocolate foam, Catalan cream!
