David Borréani is the fifth generation of bakers in his family. He created his own Boréa franchise with Laurent Rémond to promote well-being bread. In 2017, the sign Boréa moved to the new Galerie Espace de Fenouillet, offering all the Toulousans to discover original bakery recipes, without chemicals or additives, which can satisfy all tastes without neglecting the nutritional and digestive virtues.
