The wines of Domaine Le Roc are becoming increasingly popular. Here, the wines made from négrette are given intensity in the colour, while supporting the broadness of the fruit. Amongst the cuvées on offer, the Don Quichotte has a brilliant, deep garnet colour. A rich, floral nose and a fruity mouth... What happiness! The estate takes part in the Fronton fête le printemps festival, which allows you to taste its wines in various places in and around Toulouse. It also offers various events according to the season. Je viens de goûter "La Folle Noire d'Ambat" 2020 = je n'ai jamais rien bu d'aussi mauvais. Pas de nez. Un goût de ferraille.
