Address offering bold flavours, creative and refined menus on a slate.

Gourmet table and country setting, it happens in Gardouch. It is in front of the village hall, a few steps from the Canal du Midi, that l'Envie des Mets, a beautiful regional restaurant, is located. Winner of the Lucien Vanel Prize, the chef Sébastien Dufraisse combines audacious flavors and innovates in his proposals. Examples: crab shrimp tiramisu with parmesan crumble, asparagus arancini, lemon raspberry pavlova. Joyful and refined, the menu changes daily. The welcome is as good as the menu! A sure value of the Lauragais where it is a pleasure to return.

Heureuse découverte. Restaurant très sympathique, le service est très agréable et les plats délicieux. La salle est petite il vaut mieux réserver avant. Mais allez-y ça vaut vraiment le coup.
