Gourmet table and country setting, it happens in Gardouch. It is in front of the village hall, a few steps from the Canal du Midi, that l'Envie des Mets, a beautiful regional restaurant, is located. Winner of the Lucien Vanel Prize, the chef Sébastien Dufraisse combines audacious flavors and innovates in his proposals. Examples: crab shrimp tiramisu with parmesan crumble, asparagus arancini, lemon raspberry pavlova. Joyful and refined, the menu changes daily. The welcome is as good as the menu! A sure value of the Lauragais where it is a pleasure to return.

C'était bon mais... Je trouve la carte très attrayante mais dans l'assiette c'était bon mais ça manquait de fun, d'assaisonnement. Repas du midi à prix attractifs. Par contre le cadre et superbe, petite terrasse cachée toute mimi. Allez y mais si vous pouvez prenez les menus plus cher.
