Discover the Canal du Midi on board the Surcouf barge. Les Croisières en eau douce have been sailing you since 1968. You will board a real barge, an old barge that used to transport cereals on the canal.

It is the only barge-restaurant that sails on one of the most original parts of the Canal du Midi, with its oval locks neither transformed nor concreted. The history of inland navigation and the Canal du Midi will be recounted to you during a lively and instructive commentary. The menu is concocted on board by the chef. A magical interlude along the water.

Une journée magnifique passée à l’ombre des platanes du canal du midi. Merci pour ce beau moment. Nous avons tout apprécié, les explications, le service et la cuisine.

Balade très sympa sur le canal du midi à faire au moins une fois, mais aussi sans modération en famille ou entre amis. Un équipage au petit soins. Croisière à la journée, départ 9h30 retour 17h00, repas pris à bord. Petit bémol le repas ! Peu mieux faire pour le prix, mais bonne quand même. Croisière + repas, une soixantaine d'€ par personne.

Une superbe promenade sur le chemin d eau plein de charme et de poésie.
Les platanes nous chuchotent les souvenirs lointains. Chaque pierre a une histoire à nous raconter. Que d émotions de flotter sur cette magnifique péniche qui a connue plusieurs vies. Un grand merci pour les commentaires riches et instructifs. Le personnel se plis en 4 pour nous satisfaire. Côté assiette c est très bon. Un grand merci à toute l équipe
