Since 2002, Immotek has made your project of building a house on the outskirts of Toulouse and Montauban and in the Tarn. Immotek oversees the project and entrusts your individual home to trusted companies. You set each company pro rata to the work done and you benefit from discounts from certain privileged suppliers (heating, sanitary, tile…) unless you prefer to choose your own companies and suppliers. In this case, Immotek exercises a right of scrutiny in order to validate the quality of the site, to which you have always access. Immotek is also there to help you with your extension from a surface of 40 m ²!
