"L'Hostellerie des Ducs is above all a family affair. In the kitchen with Jean-François Blanchet and his son Vincent, but also in the dining room with their respective wives, Marie-Christine and Stéphanie, joined by Carolina, the grandson's companion. Fresh, local produce is used to make beautiful, home-cooked dishes: sliced free-range duck with soy sauce and pear poached in Duras wine, roasted scallops with chestnuts and chorizo on polenta with sweet potato purée, mandarin crème brûlée: everything is perfect throughout your meal.
