Based on local products, from the buckwheat flour for the galette to its filling, everything is organic. Even the products on the new cider menu come from producers from different regions and if the culinary proposal has changed, Mathias and Eleonor still offer you a very friendly welcome. And of course, the terrace is always there for you to enjoy the sun and its breathtaking view of the castle.
