Chocolates and prunes are the two great specialties of the Maison Guinguet, which has become a reference in the whole region.
Initially a company that processed prunes from Ente into prunes, this family-run, artisanal business added chocolate production to its expertise in 1991. Guinguet has become THE reference in the field. People sometimes come from far and wide to stock up on delicacies in the spacious boutique. Succumb to Muscatines (bite-sized chocolates with hazelnuts, almonds and crêpe dentelle), Cokinettes with hazelnuts, prunes with chocolate or Guinguettes (chocolate bars filled with fruit coulis or praline). In summer, visit the production workshops.
