A flour mill? Also known as a flour mill, it is the place where cereals are transformed into flour. Established on the banks of the Save river, this flour mill works in the respect of the old know-how. Only organic cereals, harvested in the South-West, are used here. The flours are then distributed throughout Occitania. The sale to individuals is done on Wednesday afternoon. A fascinating visit to marvel at the practice of an ancestral profession.
