Jo's table has been set up in Labège, near the Gaumont cinema, betting on a double concept: bringing together a grocery store and a restaurant... but 100% Occitan! Be careful, this is not a trial run since you will also find this Table in Montauban. Like his brother from Montalban, the little Toulouse resident therefore offers a complete range of local products from the South-West, to taste on the spot or to take away with, as you have understood, the Made in France and the taste! Cassoulet, confit, shank, garbure, macaronade, stew, pork plate, nothing is missing. The gourmands will find here a good opportunity to make a nose to their diet!
