Nomadic bistro offering 100% Basque cuisine with cold cuts or tapas platters.
Julien's cuisine reflects his Basque roots. In his authentic 1979 Citroën HY, completely renovated and transformed into a nomadic bistro, you can enjoy 100% Basque cuisine, including charcuterie and tapas platters. You can also enjoy a beer, a coke, a glass of irouléguy or sangria from Euskadi. Three lunches a week, it's veal axoa. The smile café is just as friendly. This food-truck is also a place for sharing and partying, with Julien at the helm. Follow his itineraries on his Instagram account gandz _ter (towards Balma and Labège). The truck can be privatized for private events, guaranteeing vintage success.
