Le nouveau chef, Yann Ghezal cuisine pour lui et pour tous ses clients. Tout est précis, les goûts, les sauces, les cuissons et les présentations soignées.
Une belle harmonie, un très bon moment, des vins abordables et pour autant très reconnus (et bons).
À recommander.
