Très beau cadre. La cuisine est bonne mais peu de changement d'une fois à l'autre. Vu les tarifs, on attend beaucoup mieu.

Excellent restaurant familial ! Les gérants forment un couple aussi sympathique qu’accueillants. La cuisine est juste merveilleuse. Nous avons essayés, nous nous y sommes mariés et nous sommes devenus des habitués ????

Quelle déception ! Où est passée la cuisine gastronomique du Bellevue, restaurant que nous connaissons depuis longtemps ??? Les plats proposés ne sont plus à la hauteur des tarifs demandés. Un filet de Saint Pierre insipide, juste snacké, posé sur une purée (granuleuse) basique pour 29 € !!! On se demande si les propriétaires sont sur le départ d'où leur désinvestissement... Quel dommage que ce restaurant de charme au bord de l'Ariège ne soit plus mis en valeur par une cuisine de qualité ! On n'y reviendra pas !
