Bar-restaurant serving traditional regional cuisine based on local produce, in the center of Fargues.
An old building in the center of town houses this bar-restaurant, run for many years by Michèle Rifflart. A traditional address. People come here for coffee early in the morning and aperitifs in the late afternoon. It's a friendly, good-natured meeting place for truckers. People also come to Mimi's for banquets, weddings and communions. The dishes are traditional, made with local produce. And of course, in spring, asparagus is part of the menu.
