L'alliance melon amande truite est à tomber par terre, le Paris Brest revisité fut une visite fondante. ( une pointe trop de sel sur les noix de st Jacques)
Ne changer pas le prix du menu fixe , offrir ce qu'il y a de meilleur à prix abordable c'est également une marque d'excellence ;-)
La charpente des ouvriers de France est une oeuvre de très très haute qualité que l'on contemple comme la coupole du Vatican
