The Écuries de la Tour are located in a superb farmhouse dating back to the French Revolution! You will discover the charm of an authentic Toulouse building: bricks, chimney, superb framework... The setting is more than pleasant. About fifteen comfortable rooms. On the piano side, Jérôme de Stéfani prepares a gourmet cuisine with accents of the South-West, favoring fresh products. Formulas and menus vary according to the seasons. Ideal for a stopover of a few days in a green setting of two hectares with swimming pool at the gates of Toulouse.

Pour un repas de midi à la carte 37 euros environ par personne entrée plat dessert. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Si on aime le vin possibilité de l'acheter au prix caviste. Une serveuse agréable. Bonne expérience.

Salle bruyante, service du dimanche midi très et trop rapide, hors d'oeuvres servis quelques minutes après l'apéro. Sans rien demander la note arrive sur la table devant mes invités qui ont pu voir sans forcer le montant des repas.

Très bon déjeuner, joli dressage, mets fins et délicieusement préparés, un choix de vin très bien, le tout pour un prix très bien aussi. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, à l'écoute et vous conseille. Bref allez y et profitez !
